BinderFlow supports CSV and Excel (XLSX) file formats. Most agency management systems can export data in these formats. If you have data in a different format, contact our support team for assistance.
Before importing, BinderFlow compares incoming records against existing data using name, address, policy numbers, and other identifying fields. Potential duplicates are flagged for your review. You can choose to merge with the existing record, skip the import, or create a new record anyway.
Yes. If your current system (HawkSoft, Applied Epic, AMS360, etc.) can export to CSV or Excel, you can import that data into BinderFlow. We provide import templates and guidance for common systems. Direct API integrations are on our roadmap.
Rows with errors are flagged during the preview step. You can fix issues in your source file and re-upload, or skip problematic rows. The import proceeds with valid data while flagged rows are set aside for later review.
Yes. BinderFlow supports custom fields that you can map during import. If your source data has fields that don't match standard BinderFlow fields, you can create custom fields and include them in your mapping.
